The major missing thing was feedback and explaining mechanics to the player - why shouldn't I just promise everything in all my ad campaigns? Why did my camp fail to highlight this section of the population? What is the priority of the various sections of the population? The concept is promising but needs to be communicated to the player better.

The UI/UX could have been better to better translate the game-play.
