How does the game fit the theme?
It seems like a day where you just go fish and relax on a deep blue ocean sea, nothing can go wrong as an old man has been doing this for a while.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?

Ah, a fellow fishing game! While I did enjoy the game, it could use a little rebalancing to make it more consistent. The initial tentacle attacks come out at a rate that you barely have time to fire even a single shot without taking damage, leaving the only time to attack being when the monster is spinning, which seems to be random or at the very least likely to take a long time to come out. On top of that, while having the player be stationary in order to shoot is fine, locking the ability to aim at all unless you are already stationary is a big ask in a game that asks you to almost always be on the move, perhaps it would be better to add a threshold of speed in which you can pull out the gun, that way if the player is near motionless, it'll still work. Other than that, I had a fun time! Good effort on the team!
Very useful feedback, we appreciate it thanks!
Love the unique take on the theme, the boss fight is pretty difficult, amazing audio, visually really good, though feels a bit empty. Overall enjoyable!
