I'm really curious about your process! What engine did you use? When did you start work on the game? You didn't mention the process of coding or animating. What tools did you use to assemble your game? A lot of these systems look very intricate for a game made in under 12 hours. Yes, that's a tinge of jealousy you hear xD

Congrats on being the second person to submit your game! Will you be adding to it since there's still a whole month before the game jam ends?

After spending some time with this game, I can confidently say it excels in its combat mechanics. The fighting system is exceptionally deep, offering a great deal of variety and strategic depth. Weapon switching is fluid and intuitive, allowing for dynamic and creative combo chains. The addition of dodge and parry mechanics adds layers of complexity, rewarding precise timing and offering a satisfying sense of mastery as you progress. Each phase of combat shifts the flow in interesting ways, ensuring that no two encounters feel repetitive. Overall, this is one of the most well-designed fighting systems I’ve experienced. I’d rate it a solid 10/10 for its depth, fluidity, and engaging mechanics
