Good fun! We actually got trapped in the clock tower at one point. I like the toon aesthetic, I wonder how much you could push that further. Since it was a sniper game, I would add in game sensitivity options! The wall climb is a nice touch and I really like the fact that I can hook the ground in front of me, launching me forward, is there a way you could make that a bigger part of the game? Also a little bounce after reaching the hook point would be nice, just like widowmaker. Keep tightening it! Good job!
Very nice mood! The minigame concept of buying time to kill more enemies has potential, especially because it makes use of the grappling hook mechanic, but to me it's a bit lacking in incentive still (the enemies don't hurt you, chase you, go up structures, etc.) For this reason, this felt more like a very good proof-of-concept than a complete game experience, but it was enjoyable nonetheless! As for Bolt graphs, there seems to be a huge amount of separate machines and variables. Perhaps that could be cleaned into smaller super units?
Overall good job, congrats!
