We've recently released a game design tool targeting game jam teams and beginners.
It's called GDD Wizard. It guides users through one of two Game Design Document templates, and allows you to export a polished GDD in a short amount of time.

It's entirely free and supports English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese with more languages being added often. Great for getting your ideas structured and keeping jam teams aligned.
