Great game! I think it took me a bit to get the hang of the overheating, but after that I totally enjoyed my time with it:) great work! I love the theme too! I tried to do something more plane oriented at first, but could get the art right. Clearly you have nailed it!

I think you could give more feedback to the player regarding the overheating mechanic... Some visual that indicate that the gun is ready to fire again.
