Nice game, and nice mechanics! I kind of wish that the fact that the protagonists are adventurers were more present, though. Because, as-is, it seems that the protagonists could be just a group of friends? Or am I missing something?
Thanks, that means a lot. As for your question, I think you're reading it right. The players as a group of friends going around helping people is basically what I envisioned. The stakes are low and the knives don't come out because I was focused on staying firmly in the "filler episode" territory. "Filler", to me, means that the characters don't leave town/familiar spaces, they check in on background characters and solve their problems with talking.
Yeah, I understand! I just meant that maybe it would have been nice to somehow reference the things they had done "in the other episodes". But I don't even know if that's possible/easy 😅

Hmm, I think that goes in character creation. Players can suggest a team history and build off of that. I'll make a note of that.
