I like how this drops you right into the action, the sprites also look really good, i especially like the SMG, the game is a bit on the hard side though, as the enemies are quite fast and you don’t have a lot of room to move around in this small arena, i even had a glitch where the melee guys got me stuck in a corner and made me clip through the map.
Other than that i still had fun trying this out, and it would be interesting to see what a more fleshed out version would be like with different weapons, a wave system, and maybe even more enemy types to add a bit of variety, you have a solid base there already :)
First time I got killed by the first guy, and thought it was gonna be to hard. But after a while I started learning the game- that you have to keep the bad guys at a distance, but not too far, because you'll wanna eat them afterwards :) That the game rewards well aimed shots, and not spray and pray. That you can sort of kite the baddies together, so you have easier time targeting multiple new guys.
I can see it as a bigger game. Make the enemy waves limited, maybe add some upgrade system between them and you have a nice little wave shooter going :)

How did you find the difficulty? Some are saying too hard ... others too easy
