lovely work.
Simeon's document is neatly presented with a lot of information. There is good reasoning and explanation behind the garage scene choice and has obviously been well thought out. The mood board exploration, inspiration art and references for the assets is detailed and discussed well.
The decorative piece, the tool cabinet, is really nice, it's good to see the thought and time spent on materials, with the small details, rust, stains etc added.
The environment appears to be well thought out technically, with lots of standard dev techniques and tools used, although the smashed glass bottle would probably have benefited from being modelled by hand and using the shatter generated one as reference.
The scene has a lot of assets, which really tell the story of the environment, which also demonstrates a good deal of Unreal technical knowledge. Nicely done project!
