Rotann has created a really lovely atmospheric environment here. The documentation is clear, showing an in depth look in to mood boards and researching assets. It might have been nice to see some additional concept sketches based on these assets and reasons behind why they were chosen.
It's clear Rotann has a good understanding of game development techniques and it's nice to see Substance being used, the textures have a nice feel and detail to them.
The interest in lighting and knowledge Rotaan has shows and it's great to see this technical knowledge demonstrated. Great job!
