Yes, music and art was made by me. there are only 3 sound effects that are royalty free that are not mine

The boxes you throw have a moment of time before deleting and the BOOM! box even damages you if you keep it for too long

On my end would say its a mix of sebastian says that the enemies spawn quick (especially at launch, a couple seconds of wait could have been beneficial, and the input mapping felt a bit weird, like juggling with the number and the other keys i mistyped a lot of times which with the enemies gives you few margin of manoeuver, feel like you have to put your right hand on the numbers to make it more consistent which felt weird.

Main menu music was pretty good.
The enemies spawned quite quikly and also moved really fast and when I threw the bomb while moving it exploded immediately in my face and I took damage. Afterwards I found out that I could jump forever (probably a bug?) and I beat it by doing that.

UPDATE I MESSED UP BIG TIME. this was my second time using itch.io and I messed up... i had accidentally deleted the game filed from itch.io to update the game. I'm sorry. please use this link to download the game https://moltennaut.itch.io/it-came-from-the-expired-boxpatch
After dying for the first time I was able to spam jumping, monsters did not hurt me and I had no boxes all game ...
Interesting idea and very challenging but, sadly, broken.
So sorry to hear that! I will try to fix this bug later on for that. Thank you for the feedback
