The idea is probably good, but I need more information to really understand what was happening and to see what I was suppose to do. But I could see this become a really fun game in the future.

Thanks for a feedback, sir! We highly appreciate your opinion.
We were in a great hurry, so there is no tutorial (...and balance, and most of the spell cards and unit classes)
The idea was that Gods fight in the sky and ordinary people suffer on the ground. Everything "in the sky" (on the left side of the screen) is just a game for gods with rules, grid, cards, etc. Nothing serious. And at the same time there is a real war on the ground (on the right side of the screen).
Gameplay:
You buy cards (units and spells), place units on the grid and press "To battle" to start round
It's where your "gods' game" begins.
Every round your units left alive on the grid convert into damage to Anubis (that big dog god opponent) and it works so to your side.
You can help your sky army with a spell cards, but every spell card damages your "earth army" on the ground.
You should defeat Anubis on the left side and look after your earth army no to die too soon.
Also your ground army gives you some money for your games...

It sounds interesting, but I think I would need a bit more in game help to really understand what was happening. Sadly I had some of the same issue with the game I tried to make for the jam, and have to give up upload a game because it was a bit too unplayable when the jam ended.

Oh, that's awful situation, I feel for you :( I hope the world will play your game in the nearest future (and with good tutorial)
However, that was a great experience for both of us and we will fight for the 1st place next year :)
