Gameplay Instructions
The goal is to defeat your opponent in battle with cards.
Cards
-------------------------------
There are two types of cards. Character cards and Active cards.
Character cards:
-Each character card contains two entities, a spirit, and a human.
-Playing your character card on the board will summon the human to the physical (lower) board and the spirit to the spirit (higher) board.
-They move together but attack separately.
-If either of their life values reach zero, both cards are removed from the board.
-Each character card has a unique movement and attack mechanic for its spirit and human character.
Active cards can be used on played character cards.
Turn
--------------------------------
During your turn, you can play one character card and one active card.
At the end of each player's turn, their combat phase begins.
During this, all of your character cards will attempt to perform their attack.
If they defeat an enemy card or if there are no enemies in their range, they move forward on the board.
If a player's character card reaches their opponent's end of the board, the card will be removed and their opponent will take damage. Whichever player reaches 0 life points first, loses.
Controls:
Mouse - Select and play cards
Scrollwheel - Change view
Space - End Turn
This was the first game jam most of us have ever done. It was fun and a great learning experience.
Unfortunately, there are likely several bugs. We lost a lot of time to a file corruption issue and had to redo a lot of work.
I will list known bugs/ways to avoid them below.
BUGS:
-Avoid playing the Stout Defender as it will hang the game in the combat phase.
What platform is your game built for?
List any content that was created before the jam.
The icon assets for the active effect cards were premade and the material for the table was premade

I am sorry but I don't understand this game. It looks interesting, but I see no rules and I have very little idea of what to do.
Apologies. First time submitting a project to a gamejam. I've added a description of the rules to game description here
