That was fun. :)

The teleporter was very interesting, I wish it was used more often.

So hard but really beautiful game

Thank you

I found this game hard - maybe because of the keys - I couldn't really get used to them.   But really neat gameplay - the mechanic worked great and it was nicely animated and polished.  Well done!

Developer

thx.

I will customize the keys in better way.

Cool little platformer. The control layout is hard to use. I would suggest moving the buttons closer together especially the teleport button. I ran into a couple of bugs as well. If you improved these, I think you could have a solid game. Nice work and keep at it!

Developer

thank you, I will fix all the bugs.

Control layout can be improved. The WASD controls are  difficult to use with the other buttons but arrow keys are somewhat easier. Seems to follow the formula of many similar platformers in this jam. The story/dialogue is interesting how it is part of the background.

Developer

thx for your helpful comment.

Quite interesting, just a few details, the double jump does not always work, and the teleport button will change to one closer to the jump and dash button. Good job.

Developer(+1)

thank you for your helpful comment, I am now trying to fix the double jump.

I love the mechanic and level design of your game. However, there are some issues I want to point out to make your game better. First, I think your dash is to dash from the direction the character are looking at, but in some situation the direction the character are looking at is opposite with my arrow key, so it dash to a different way, it is kind of like a bug. Second, I think it is good to only keep moving character controlled by arrow key, or change the jumping and dashing into other keys, cause it is difficult to press "wasd" while pressing "z" and "c". Third, it will be better to add some bgm or something, also when the game end, you can change to a game end scene instead of back to beginning. Anyway, your game is still good and fun to play, these are just some suggestions to improve it more, don't be sad about my comments, but continue working and improving the game and make more games!

Developer

thank you very much for your comment I really appreciate it, it helps me to get better.

After I end the game and play test it and i notice dash problem, I will fix it but after one week (I have midterm).

For control button I take inspired from hollow knight so I made it as you use arrow keys and" Z","C" but in my next game I will make optional control.

thank you again for your awesome comment.

Love it! I like your teleport mechanic but sometimes it teleports to old light I think it is a bug.

Developer

thx for your comment, Iam very happy you love the game.

I think it's my bad design of spikes that you may touch them because you can't see them from teleport white circle, so you go back to the last check point.
