There is a piece of Code that is missing from my random number generator that renders one of the suit of cards useless in my game. Am I allowed to add the missing piece during this time?

Encountered an error that causes the game to be unplayable. If the countdown til Horsemen appears = 0 from drawing a Reverse Coin Card, you can no longer draw cards unless you have Coin Counters.
