Oh, you did a great job for this being the first real attempt at sculpting!! I remember how much I struggled to learn blender - especially sculpting. I'm still nowhere as proficient in it as I want to be ^^"
The red-orange fits the phoenix very well! I also love that you included your (self painted?) reference.
