A point and click story game. You play as a young vampire, exploring an unfamiliar city in search of someone. I personally have never played Vampire: The Masquerade, but after a bit I began to understand how things in this world worked. I would recommend you first have an understanding of some vampire terminology, such as sire and whatnot. However, this isn't required to enjoy the game and it's story.
A short pixelated horror game, which is heavily story based. You play as a young adult, struggling with handling depression, a job, a neighbor, and a secret. I would describe this game as a whole to be an analogy of depression and how the player character handles it, although it can be likened to many other mental illnesses as well.
A short horror game. The player character is a young adult, living in a rundown apartment complex. As the game progresses, it becomes increasingly obvious that something is wrong with one of the tenants. And although the ending doesn't divulge answers, it feels fitting and I believe it works well with the tone. Your player character isn't special, and doesn't uncover some big conspiracy. They are simply someone who happened across odd circumstances and people, and they only know as much as they experience firsthand.
A shortish horror game. I think the most interesting aspect of the game is that you play in reverse. The first day you play is chronologically after the next day you play, and so on. Things seem normal at first, but as you continue you can piece together some strange happenings. This means that you are playing in the aftermath of some event, and eventually you reach the day of the event.
A horror game that implies a story. About illness, about death, about grieving, and about what happens after. Includes a handful of simple puzzles.
A short and bittersweet game, that can last as long as you want it to. It is about cruelty, about kindness, and about compassion, depending on your choices.
A point and click murder mystery. You play as a someone who lives in a futuristic and extremely capitalist society. It takes place in an apartment building, and the player character tries to find the janitor to fix a broken appliance. As the game progresses, you speak to the other residents, carry out tasks for them, all while running back and forth between the floors.
A short and cute point and click game. It takes the age old premise of a detective game, but puts a fun spin on it. You play as a disillusioned hall monitor, searching for who's been forging sick notes. Theres many characters around the school, most with an assosiated objective. You find clues through items and dialogue, sometimes trading with NPC's in return for these clues or useful things. It has some funny moments, and although it has some criticisms of schooling, it's overall a light hearted and good natured game.
A short puzzle game. It's fairly easy, but a nice experience. You are in between two apartment buildings, and must connect closelines between different apartments based on clues.
