(Mostly) games full of inflation, expansion, stuffing, whatever makes women get bigger in various ways, mostly boobs and bellies. The little blurbs might get out of date over time, but there's a decent chance I'll notice and fix it.
Be aware, I probably wont include any completely awful games. Also, I'm pretty biased against VNs and RPG Maker games, and there's almost no chance of any male-focused games to show up in here, but I'll generally try to at least plop the game in here and drop a blurb about it.
RNG-heavy, old-timey dungeon crawler for sissification, TG, bimbo, and submission fans.
There's a ton of random fetishes and kinks in there too, which includes cumflation, breast expansion, and even air inflation. This includes floating off into the sky because your tits are too inflated.
The undo button is paywalled, so just savescum a ton instead.
Sex sim "clicker" game based on that meme build in Minecraft that fucks a sheep with an end rod. As of 0.1, the game's a total grindfest and it's got a lot of little problems. (Just use Cheat Engine.)
Contains slight breast expansion, I think there'll be pregnancy, other forms of growth, a futa toggle and some other lewd stuff like that eventually.
Super basic, early-dev "move woman left/right, catch fattening food, skip everything else" game. No powerups, just eat cake and whatever, watch her get fatter.
Simple arcade minigame where you inflate women with a bike pump as they get taller and bustier. Try not to overinflate them, they'll pop and end the game. Good customization.
Put pump in Jirachi's mouth, pump until hugely inflated. Simplest game this dev's ever made, I think. The dev likes secrets but my quick skim of the game didn't find any.
Also it softlocks the game when I hit the zoomed-camera button.
Contains feeding, burps, farts, customization, and both an Eevee and a Vaporeon. Ironically not much belly rubs.
You can plug them up so they can't burp and/or fart. If completely plugged while really gassy, they'll inflate forever, heh.
Couldn't really get into the game myself, but people seem to like it. You feed a lady to earn points so you can feed her in more and better ways.
Low on content, C-tier AI art, and repetitive combat in a Pokemon battle sim. The expansion's okay, I guess. Probably don't recommend this game this early in development though.
Super unfinished text game that's been abandoned. Contains some inflation and a bunch of other fetishes, but the game's just nowhere near done.

Very inflate-y, an actual legit air inflation-focused game, but it's so click heavy that your mouse and your wrist will beg for mercy.

VERY fast, quickly-made microgame where you wiggle your mouse up and down a bunch to cumflate a woman surprisingly large. Can beat the whole thing in about 3 minutes.

It's GOING to be a cumflation VN kind of thing, cumming into a wimpy succubus while she sleeps, but all that's here so far is a grind of stats, a ton of placeholders, and no inflation (despite what the dev says.)

Anyway, it's an old-school shmup with the world's largest hurtbox. As she eats, she gets bigger, including her giant-ass hurtbox to the point where you literally can't fit between the gaps in bullets sometimes.
There's built-in cheats though.
Play basic-ass pinball, hugely pregnant woman on the side of the screen gets gassy and farts and burps a lot. Some of the gas buildup animations cause her belly to inflate for a bit. Complete the goals to unlock more gallery animations at the end.
Eat slimes, find collectables, enjoy bellies.

Lots of secrets, though otherwise a super barebones platformer.
VERY simple, very thrown-together third person shooter where every 50 kills gets your character bigger boobs. There's also a "game journalist mode" that makes her fat and instakill anything that comes close.
Definitely not a good game, but worth a try I guess.

Text game with inflation. Male/female toggle, though 90% of the game's content is for the male side I think.
I barely remember what this game's even like, I remember the images in it are complete eyesores and the dev's a big fan of walls of text, though.
Only played it once, but it's definitely true, "Jumanji, but pregnancy". The dev is a big fan of horror too (not jumpscares) so, uh, be aware there might be some of that at some point.
Pick a pose, inflate her, try not to overfill her. Interesting tech demo that ended up becoming Streaming with Portals or whatever it's called.
Paywalled demo. Still get to give a busty clown lady a big belly after playing two simple minigames.
Won't bother to add all of DPA's games/animations to the collection, they make a TON and they're all kinda like this.
