(Mostly) games full of inflation, expansion, stuffing, whatever makes women get bigger in various ways, mostly boobs and bellies. The little blurbs might get out of date over time, but there's a decent chance I'll notice and fix it.
Be aware, I probably wont include any completely broken, unplayable games. Also, I'm pretty biased against VNs and RPG Maker games, and there's almost no chance of any male-focused games to show up in here, but a few might.
Super basic, super easy, super clunky bullet hell Jam game that's nowhere near finished. Has a single cumflation scene at the end.
Jam game. It's a clone of WarioWare GBA but all the minigames are lewd, ranging from fetishes to sex. Includes stuffing and inflation and the like, but there's a lot of futas and femboys(?) so your miles may vary.
Heavily unpolished, buggy, new game that's basically a clicker where you take care of, feed and milk a hucow who gains a ton of weight.
Appears to be a kind of "Smasher and the Will of the Thiccs" type of game, or at least inspired by it, but it's not working for me and the dev's got comments turned off, so I can't even report the bug.
Game Jam "game" (kinetic novel) all about, uh, anthro 3D printers that print more printers when you cum into them as kind of a "pregnancy" thing.
Very odd project overall, I can't even really rate this thing, it's just too weird and there's not much to do but advance the story.
For some reason, it's one of those Dustforce/N+/Celeste speedrun-bait physics-based platformers all about going fast and dodging narrow spike tunnels, wall jumping at full speed around more spikes. The built-in levels are pretty technical, but there's a level creator.
There's a WG powerup that lets you recklessly bounce everywhere, and an inflation powerup that gives you Smash Dedede's jump float.
Very, very clunky town building game w/sex just kinda stapled onto it. Don't really recommend it, but I should mention the game has a pregnancy toggle and potions that adjust boob size.
Barebones idle-clicker game with 999999 random stolen-IP characters and a bunch of poses. Has a pregnancy toggle.

Same as the last Poipole game made by this dev, but now there's a third size stage and the camera zooms WAY further out, to be able to show just how crazy big the final size is (100s of miles).

Super short, simple story with a girl being inflated against her will. Not much to it, but eh, it's like five minutes long.
RNG-focused minigame about stuffing various objects into women. Very simple game. Has a cheat button in the options menu.
Roguelite sex. Upgrade your sex to sex better. There's impregnation and tons of cum, but no pregnant bellies and no cumflation. Kinda wonder if the dev will add those eventually. The gnolls are tubby though.
Tiny minigame starring "the girl JoJo". Very basic gameplay, complete it in like 30 seconds.
Barebones RPG Maker game for a Game Jam, but contains a lot of big hyperpregnant bellies. Beatable in like 15 minutes max.
VN about stealing other people's assets to make yours bigger. (Only played a bit of it though, and it was a while ago, so I can't really be that specific, ha.)

There's also a paid $1 upgrade that lets her boobs go a bit bigger and I understand it also unlocks a popping ending?
Decent collection of Rodrigo's minigames. All free (minus a couple demos). Not super sexual, but there's plenty of inflation. Fun dev to watch, I think he's mostly on dA and BodyInflation these days.
