(Mostly) games full of inflation, expansion, stuffing, whatever makes women get bigger in various ways, mostly boobs and bellies. The little blurbs might get out of date over time, but there's a decent chance I'll notice and fix it.
Be aware, I probably wont include any completely broken, unplayable games. Also, I'm pretty biased against VNs and RPG Maker games, and there's almost no chance of any male-focused games to show up in here, but a few might.
Very simple expansion story idea generator that spits out ideas for basic plotlines and such. Probably doesn't belong in the collection though, TBH.
One of Milkis2000's more basic "games", basically just an "expand button" that fills her belly and tits with water, plus a rub button and a belly jiggle button.
One of those "make food to fill orders for people" games, but the "food" is all fat dog things that you swell with fillings.
Basic and simple WG clicker, though the "WG" has a bit more of that "inflated", rounded look. UI stinks and the game's TOO simple, but it's so short that you don't play long enough to suffer.
Also the game's images AND coding are done via AI, which probably explains the UI.
It's a CYOA but with fetishes and a hamfisted puzzle minigame that constantly interrupts you to pad the play time.
You can 100% it in about half an hour to an hour, as each "run" is really short.
Great art, great animations, great humor, great size for the inflation path.
Best played on Steam for the achievements.
"We have Super Deep Throat at home", the game. Built-in cumflation/milk mechanics, and character customization.
Kinda jank, not as moddable as SDT, and the dev's got some stick up their butt about trying to hamfist some VN thing into it like some kid adamant about jamming a triangle peg into a circle hole.
A whole bunch of "swell" model swaps for SM64.
Create slime girl (guy TBD) with sliders and colors and toggles. Big, small, shapely, flat. Not much to say, TBH. Good sizes.
RNG-heavy inflation/GTS/BE game based loosely on Big Time from Burger Kurger.
Pump girls (like 6 I think?), try not to pop them, get them dangerously close to popping and deflate them a bit for free timer boosts.
Clothes ripping, boobs growing.
Lots of character customization for the player, too.
WARNING: you will hate the RNG aspects. Good luck.
Your miles may vary depending on model picked, but it's an AI CYOA text/story generator focused on expansion and pregnancy and such, even having built in stats and a 3D character viewer. It's highly recommended you connect your own AI and not use the dev's for a lot of reasons.
Hate these kinds of games and wont play them, but it's a "make potions to satisfy customers" sim game, but with a fuckload of expansion kinks crammed in, ranging from breast expansion to blueberries.
A bit more "puzzle-y" than most.
Use three slime women to unbirth matching slimes and bring them home while you avoid black slimes. Huge bellies. Simple gameplay. Dev seems to have given up on finishing it, though. Still worth a play.
Very solid, early demo. It's a shmup where you shoot the clothes off a giant woman to make her more nude, and/or shoot the enemies to gain love points which make her boobs grow, or both. The gameplay loop right now is collecting achievements, but the dev plans on adding more girls with more types of transformation/expansion. One's going to be pregnancy, IIRC.
Better art than the last game.
An "organ physics sandbox" where you can inflate, fill, stuff, and optionally burst a girl via her organs, using water, tentacles, whatever.
Pretty basic toy, good for screwing around with every now and then though. Playable in-browser too.
That said, it's not that great.
Also no actual belly deformation, the girl is just the background.

Currently (Feb 7, 2025) it's a tech demo with stuffing, vore, and WG. There's a male and female option, but everything in the game is temporary since IIRC the dev plans to swap the model out entirely for a human one like the previous game?

Super basic faux-rhythm game where you spend the whole game looking at the right side of the screen while a woman is fucked or cumflated on the left.
Punch fruits into box, punch fruits IN box, ding the bell, and a giantess appears to drink the juice, her boobs swelling up as she drinks. Very mini minigame, fun for a quick run, despite the jank.
Super basic top-down shooter where beating the game gets you a belly to look at based on how many times you were hit.
TOO basic, IMO, but I'm sure someone likes it.
Couldn't be(e) bothered to do more than one run though.
Lewd breast expansion suika (with other expansion types planned). Easier than usual. Infinite breast growth too, apparently.
As you can tell by the thumbnail, the art is the weak point.
Type words in, get magic coffee, give to her, hope it isn't spooky. A lot of words do things, and about 90% are horror.
There's pregnancy and breast expansion content in here, preg takes 9 cups to get full size. Use sexy words to start sex, and use "human" or "reset" to turn her back to normal.
Almost 100% male, but there's a couple girls(?) to unlock too. It's a WG Roguelite where you eat a ton of stuff and get fat while exploring dungeon floors loaded with lots of RNG death. Beg RNGesus for mercy, and cross your fingers that the silhouette of a character you're looking at turns out to be one you like with a skill you enjoy.
EDIT: also you only have a dude (and a custom slot) to start with, so if you want a girl, hope you unlock one quick.
Hyper overinflate a giant lumpy balloon woman in what's effectively a walking sim set in a small room. Inflate and pop her, or deflate her and have the dev effectively make fun of you for deflating someone in an inflation game.
FEELS unfinished thanks to how little freedom you get in the "plot", you'll think you're missing something, some big alternate path, but nope, that's all there is.
Also, warning: the artstyle is more "horror" than sexy, giving off that veiny bulging vibe people do when they're making fun of inflation fans.
Side-scrolling open world survival game with lots of sex and monsters and whatever. There's also now a cumflation and pregnancy mechanic, though it's super basic and only serves to up the difficulty.
Craft a base, build workbenches, it's that kind of game.
The game's early in development, but seems like it'll be interesting.
Super early in development, but you zap women with science to make them bigger in different ways (tits, ass, FMG, WG, or all), and getting to the end of the content (after like 5 minutes) unlocks a shop that gives a few more transformations.
Another one of those "potion mixing games", this one's super simple and there's not much content yet, but there IS a breast expansion mix.
Dev has no immediate plans to update it though.
Haven't played it yet but it's got breast expansion. I'll have to remember to try this out after an update or two.
Shmup with a gimmick where "enemies" split after dying.
I'm not a fan of the gameplay, but the art's got a lot of style. If you dislike the gameplay like I do, there's actually built-in cheats so you can make it easier/babymode.
Loads of style in this game for sure, almost worth just watching a playthrough on Youtube just for the cutscenes.
