(Mostly) games full of inflation, expansion, stuffing, whatever makes women get bigger in various ways, mostly boobs and bellies. The little blurbs might get out of date over time, but there's a decent chance I'll notice and fix it.
Be aware, I probably wont include any completely awful games. Also, I'm pretty biased against VNs and RPG Maker games, and there's almost no chance of any male-focused games to show up in here, but I'll generally try to at least plop the game in here and drop a blurb about it.
VERY simple, very thrown-together third person shooter where every 50 kills gets your character bigger boobs. There's also a "game journalist mode" that makes her fat and instakill anything that comes close.
Definitely not a good game, but worth a try I guess.

I barely remember what this game's even like, I remember the images in it are complete eyesores and the dev's a big fan of walls of text, though.
Only played it once, but it's definitely true, "Jumanji, but pregnancy". The dev is a big fan of horror too (not jumpscares) so, uh, be aware there might be some of that at some point.
Pick a pose, inflate her, try not to overfill her. Interesting tech demo that ended up becoming Streaming with Portals or whatever it's called.
Paywalled demo. Still get to give a busty clown lady a big belly after playing two simple minigames.
Won't bother to add all of DPA's games/animations to the collection, they make a TON and they're all kinda like this.
You're a guy stuck in quarantine with three(?) women (only two are around) as the skies fill with green gas. You fatten the women up up. One does water enema distention for a couple scenes, but stops as part of the plot.
Recommended game for people that like WG and obese women with fat rolls.
Pump Til You Pop clone but with worse art, and character-specific abilities that make the game annoying.
Go play PTYP instead.
I HATE RNG-heavy games with the fury of a gajillion suns so I barely played this, but it's another "Russian Roulette" game, this one with an inflation gun instead of a murder-y one.
Very simple beat em up with very simple combat. Was a Jam game. There's three special "attachments" you can unlock: big tits, futa dick, and pregnant belly (pick one).
Game's jank as hell though so I didn't play much.

Use your mouse to control a mouse with huge tits. There's a milk collectable, but I don't know what it's for. Probably doesn't fit this collection, I think.
Also it's a prototype thing with only one level.
Basically that "shoot water in the mouth" game you see at carnivals, but with clown women. The game just got a pretty big update that fixed basically all balance issues and patched basically all bugs, so definitely worth a try. Even has a huge final boss now.
Play as a robot futa woman and cumflate loads of female robots. Each successful pregnancy gives you a stat point to spend on upgrades. Upgrades include cum volume, new outfits, bust size and so on.
Other robots in the facility can be found getting giant boobs milked, having sex with each other, filling hundreds of condoms, etc.
Definitely just a prototype for now, there's not much to it yet.
Rub boobs, grow boobs, buy bras (looks more like a swimsuit) in a futile attempt at keeping her clothed. Another big exponential-growth game by this dev. Neat stuff, though being unfinished holds it back.

Seriously though, the game has some nasty physics problems and a few spots where you WILL get stuck at least once.
Minigolf, but instead of the ball, you're a fat person (default male but you can pick female skins), and you absorb fat to save people from being too fat. Pretty great game overall. IIRC the dev's legit deceased so don't expect updates. Buy it on Steam for Workshop access.
Play Mastermind for like 8 hours and unlock lewd content with questionably-aged Pokemon with selectable genders. Some comedy too. One of the characters can be stuffed with like 50 anal beads to make them have a big belly, ha.
Go find the cheat version of the game so you don't have to play Mastermind for 999 hours.
Play as a MILF, get lots of belly/body expansion content. IIRC there's a blueberry easter egg? I haven't played this in a while, sorry.

Cool inflation tech demo, but your character's just a bunch of shapes stuck together, so it's not really lewd or anything. Interesting to play with though.

Rollercoaster Tycoon, but without rides and rollercoasters. Just plunk shit down, watch people eat. Honestly I barely played this one, it's pretty jank.
Some kind of weird quick test thing, barely a "game", just make her chug water again and again until she can get huge.
Choose whether you want to focus on bellies, WG or muscle growth, then feed+exercise forever until she's big enough. Good belly sizes too, and there's water inflation as a bonus later in the game.
