so this isn't really an announcement or anything, on Blue Sky I've been posting about a game that I've kind of been working on on and off but like to an extreme lesser extent.
The long and short of it is I had the thought a few months back (around the time I finished work on gobo gamba guild) mechanically the idea was brush stroke recognition like in Okami. You would have an ink bar to show how much ink you have to make a stroke and the game would detect what shape you made.
The base idea was that if you drew an hourglass the character your drawing on waist would shrink. If you drew a circle it would get wider and for my belly.
If you drew an infinity symbol depending on how high you drew it it would increase their chest or butt size relative to the center point's height.
I managed to get the breaststroke recognition system fairly down it probably still has issues and I haven't tested that in months but I tried to make a function with live2d models, figuring that those would be easier to make and create a base that can be changed and altered as I see fit or even allow customization. The problem is I couldn't figure out how to do it so I gave up that idea and the project kind of slow down to a stop. Recently I tried dissecting life2d files to see if I could figure out a way that wasn't working but then it gave me the idea what if I just made it in blender what if I made a flat 3D model in blender that I could create modularly and shape as needed.
The point is though I'm not currently working on this I figured I'd posted here and share it the folks sound like this idea is fun or not.
To be very honest I don't know what the actual gameplay would be besides the mechanic of drawing brush Strokes whether it could be a puzzle marketing game where you're trying to give clients what they want while staying in an ink budget.
Or if it is a battle system where you're both casting spells at each other and possibly reducing the effects on yourselves and trying to win.
Not sure I welcome my ideas to anyone that sees this and thinks the concept is interesting
I do have an idea for the name already Either way.
Arcane Artist, because its magic spells and drawing lines!

also though if anyone knows how to get live2d models to work and be rigable and functional in any Unity project that would be amazing advice because I'm dumb and I need my handheld because any bit of info on Google has not helped
