I just released Something Sinister at Candlewax Cabin and I'm quite proud of it. This is a creepy little adventure for old-school fantasy RPGs. It's designed to be run in a single short and spooky session of investigation and mounting comic dread, totally ideal for a Halloween one-shot. You're gonna send the players to escort a group of hapless townsfolk deep in the forest, to investigate the homestead of a widowed candlemaker who's been bargaining with dark forces (but maybe not the sort you expect).
