Post Mortem

Presentations

Preparing for the capstone presentations was both taxing and enjoyable. It's truly amazing to see all of the hard work you and your team have put in over the last 8 weeks designing a video game. One thing I enjoyed most was seeing everyone come out to the presentation to play our game, and seeing their enjoyment in our game was very rewarding. Our team had a chance to talk to so many developers, staff, and family members about the process of making the game and answering questions that they had. Some job opportunities were made through networking, which was honestly amazing to be a part of.

After presentations

Now that the presentations are over, I can say that it feels relieving that the project is done. There were some ups and downs with this whole process, some ups being the fact that my team was on the same page for the most part when it comes to the vision of our game and our communication was up to par. On the flip side, at the start of our journey, I would say coming up with the game and fixing the bugs before gold was the hardest part, but we managed to pull through in the end and I couldn't have asked for a better game dev team then this one .
