Hi everybody!
Sorry for the slight delay, but here's the monthly quick check-in.
Six months gone already. Lots of stuff done. Lots of stuff I wanted done... not done. Jam organisation took precedence this month, so hopefully, I'll have more time in the short future. As always, the (slightly) longer version is on Tumblr.
> Cloak of Darkness [UPDATE]
Added to the Port-Project are the Chapbook and SugarCube versions. Both can be found and downloaded here.
The port not covers the main Choice-Based formats, so I'll start moving to the main parser programs and look into less well-known programs (like Dendry).
> Jam participation [NEW]
June is Neo-Twiny month, so it was expected. Also other jams.
> Exquisite Cadaver [PROGRESS]
The re-writes have been slower than I wanted, but it is already much better than the original writing. I hope I can finish it this summer.
> The Trials and Tribulations of Edward Harcourt [Final]
We had a few rounds of edits this month, and agreed on adding an extra path in the final chapter before coding the whole thing.
> Game Jams Organisation
The Neo-Twiny Jam just ended, we're wrapping it all up wit the donors. But we've broken both the submission and donation amount of last year! Thank you to everyone who donated/submitted!
In the meantime, the Anti-Romance Jam is ongoing for another week.
IRL will affect my ability of being online (for long periods of time) again for another few weeks so, let's hope this gets rolling:
> Game Jam Organisation
Wrapping up Anti-Romance Jam entries, start Single Choice Jam and re-open the SeedComp!
> Exquisite Cadaver (Fix and Update)
Let's aim for a re-write update.
> The Trials and Tribulations of Edward Harcourt (Final version)
MelS dependent on whether the new path will be ready for edits.
I'm off! Might drop some cool stuff in the meantime, or could just... not be online for the month.
