New screen language tutorial - Size properties pt 1

In classic Me fashion, I also made three new tools over the holiday break, so those'll be coming out over the next several weeks also. I hope you look forward to it! The first one is a marquee container that crops its contents and optionally applies a transform to them if they're too large to fit. It's helpful for displaying too-long text or other non-interactive content, especially if you're looking to account for translations or accessibility size changes.
