New tutorial - How to format images for colorizing

As a follow-up to last week's tutorial on How to Colorize Images in Ren'Py, this week we are looking at how to format images for colorizing! In particular, this tutorial covers what sorts of layers your images should be split up into, and how you can use RGB channels to colorize different sections of an image independently.

There's at least one more tutorial I've got planned on how to use this shader and the accompanying tool to get the best results out of recolours, and then we'll get back to the regularly-scheduled tool/tutorial alternating weeks.
