Hey all! A while ago, I got a message from Itch.io saying that I was in violation of their content policies for this section, specifically the prohibition on "pornographic images or videos of real-life humans." Despite arguing that erotic art isn't inherently pornographic, and that some of these projects had been listed for over a year, the content moderators threatened me with takedowns if I didn't voluntarily restrict all of them.

So, if you were wondering where everything went: blame itch.io's poorly-worded and inconsistently enforced terms of service.

There's good news though: Gumroad specifically allows "adult content" with a more rigorous definition of porn:
