Introducing Death

In my team's game, we previously didn't have a way to die or lose. So I introduced into the the world, a spike trap. It's not as aesthetically pleasing as I'd like it to be, but it's a start. The idea is simple. The player (Slime) walks over the spikes, then takes damage. Right now, I only have the damage part but I'd like to include the visual effect of the spikes rising to impale the player. As well has sound cues and damage flashes. All in all, I successfully created a way to kill out slime champion.
