Overall with this leg of development had many programming issues however most were small and quick fixes mostly things not being connected properly as a component, the main one of these representative of this was the boss not doing any damage with their main attack.
This issue I realized was simply do to the initial setup of skill systems overriding the targeting of the skill breaking it since it was meant to hit everyone that broke it after finding this I simply adjusted that part to not override as a safety and then slightly adjusting the interal skill logic for the attack.
