had trouble running the legion trilogy cause i downloaded the rtp from the official rpgmaker site. 

after searching and downloading many useless files from the web, i came across a site (RPG Maker 2000 (Englisch) RTP :: rmarchiv.de :: your online rpgmaker resource) which uploaded the rtp installation that ended up working. 

i'm uploading the same file to the mega cloud service in hopes that it'll stay up for a long time for anybody that might need it.
