Patch for 0.8 alpha 7

Uploaded a small patch to fix some issues in the Alpha 7 version of the game.

Instructions
Unzip to same folder as the game to apply patch.
C:\games\WickedIsland0.8 mean you should unzip to C:\games

Carrying too much now leads to walking slowly instead of unable to move
Reduced all enemy attack animation speeds by 20% to make dodging attacks easier

Fixed
Load/save/level transition no longer leads to gray boxes instead of npc's/enemies
No more giant metal bars
Player now drops loot on death (using corpse as loot bag)
Enemies now drop loot on death
Customizing an existing character in the main menu should now be saved to the character

Mmmm... Reporting bugs and seeing them fixed in a patch... 🤤🥰

New bugs, though:

Some of the hairstyles are partially solid white in the character creation screen... (Namely 2, 4, 6, 7, 9.)
Killing bears: their bodies seem to collapse in on themselves...and then roll about endlessly...
I see you brought Isabell back... Er, her posture looks a bit weird, as if she was leaning against something... (Personal pref: she could do with a bit more meat. 😊 )
I opted to have sex with a futa Wilding and then gave birth whilst at their camp--no issues. I tried again but first walked all the way back to the player camp and then give birth--that (allegedly) messed things up: the character lost her custom breast size, the menu for childbirth interactions was still displayed, and she wouldn't rotate as I moved the mouse when walking. Saving and reloading resolved those issues. In any case, the custom key mappings for the camera and the UI toggling don't work. The cum animation during childbirth is out of wack--as in, nowhere near between the legs.
