Okay, Its been a bit since my last post, I left off after a bunch of testing and debugging. I created a whole bunch of systems and tbh in my excitement i made a huge design issue, i created them all client side! So, I had to spend a bunch of time moving them server side because this is an mmorpg system, and then it came to designing the system for combat.
Now most of the systems out there run on scripted fights and decision trees but thats not what I wanted for the game, since I am planning three level of pve difficult normal, hard and nightmare. I present you a unified goap a.i system, I am currently in the middle of tuning it for each class for rotations and situational event triggers to help them make the best decisions and then i have to do the tuning for the basic enemy class and then a bunch of other enemies specific classes that tbh dont exist yet.
