This is a formal trademark infringement notice regarding the following itch.io game listings infringing my MAGE TOWER trademark:

Mage Tower Defence: https://rattenb0y.itch.io/mage-tower-defense
neuro-Mage Tower: https://akiyamakonata.itch.io/neuro-mage-tower
I am the owner of the following registered United States trademarks for MAGE TOWER:
U.S. Reg. No. 8099069 - MAGE TOWER (Class 009: video game software)
U.S. Reg. No. 7759447 - MAGE TOWER (Class 028: tabletop games)
These titles incorporate my registered mark MAGE TOWER in its entirety as the dominant portion of their titles, used for identical goods. This creates a strong likelihood of confusion as to source, affiliation, or sponsorship.
I request that itch.io remove or disable access to these listings until the developers remove the infringing use of the MAGE TOWER mark from the product names and branding.
I have used the MAGE TOWER mark continuously in commerce for tabletop and video game products since 2013. I currently publish commercial video games under the MAGE TOWER mark on Steam:
