Takedown notice for 'Crush'

To Whom it May Concern,
My name is Curtis Redclift and I am the Lead Director for 'ds-sans', a UK-based visual novel studio. I have been made aware of a project uploaded to your site that has infringed on the copyrights we hold in regards to assets used in our upcoming game 'Chemically Bonded'.

One example of such infringement is this image, which has been used in our project several times, as seen here.
This email is an official notification under Section 512(c) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), and I seek the removal of the aforementioned material from your servers. I request that you notify the infringer of this notice and inform them of your duty to remove the infringing material immediately and to cease any further posting of infringing material to your service in the future. Please be advised that law requires you, as a service provider, to remove or disable access to the infringing material on the receipt of this notice. Under US law, a service provider such as yourself, enjoys immunity from a copyright lawsuit provided that you act with deliberate speed to investigate and rectify ongoing copyright infringement.
Provided that the user has enabled donations for their project, which contains our copyrighted material, we feel that our actions are further justified and cemented. I am providing this notice in good faith and with the belief that the rights of our studio are being infringed. Under penalty of perjury I can certify that the information contained in this notice is both true and accurate and I have the authority to act on my own behalf as the copyright owner involved.
