My name is Vetoshko Andrey Olegovich, and I am the original creator and sole copyright owner of the video game “Block Story,” including its source code, assets, design, and all related intellectual property.

I am writing to submit a formal DMCA notice and request the removal of the following unauthorized listing on itch.io:

The user “Big Cube Interactive LLC” (operated by Garrett Kilgore) is distributing my game “Block Story” without my authorization and is monetizing it as if he were the owner. He has no legal rights to publish, sell, or distribute this game on itch.io or any other platform.

For a period of time, Garrett Kilgore was a developer collaborating with me on the project. He had limited access to the project for development purposes only, but he was never granted any ownership rights, publishing rights, or copyright assignment. At some point, he unlawfully took a copy of the source code and started distributing the game as his own, without my knowledge or consent.

I have full legal documentation confirming that all rights to “Block Story” belong exclusively to me:

- A signed agreement of full transfer of rights to me, confirming that I am the sole owner of the game and all related intellectual property.
- Documents confirming that the official domain and website for “Block Story” are legally owned and controlled by me.
- Official store listings where “Block Story” is published by me as the rightful owner and publisher.
