To Itch.io DMCA agent, My creator name is Hancake_Vr, and I am the creator and copyright holder of the vr game Pancake Panic, which was hosted and uploaded on the itch.io servers. Recently another unauthorised version of my game has been uploaded to itch.io by a user named Tails The Cat (the same person as the last two times I have filed a takedown request) at the following URL: https://itch.io/profile/tailsthecat Their page features a listing titled “Pancake Panic”, which includes stolen content from my original work. Furthermore, the comments of this project contain a statement where the user threatens to draw NSFW artwork of me, a minor, if I take it down again. This game was, just like the last two times the person attempted this, uploaded without my permission. This infringes on my intellectual property rights. As you can tell, the original project was released before the version created by Tails The Cat which was made by someone else in order to trick people. But it also steals intellectual property. I am requesting the removal of the infringing content, as the policies prohibit stolen games. Furthermore, if possible of course, due to both the comment made in the description of the previous revival as well as discriminatory and explicit comments placed upon other people's projects by the user, I would be most thankful if your team could find some method to suspend further misuse of your platform from this user.
