Takedown notice for 'MosMetro2D'

Dear Itch.io Support Team,
My name is Mykhailo, and I am the owner of Green Cherry Studio, the copyright holder of the mobile game "KyivMetroMasters | Subway Sim".
I am writing to report a case of copyright infringement and asset theft on your platform. The developer of the game "MosMetro2D" has stolen and recolored the train sprites directly from my original game.

On their game page, you can clearly see that the train model is an exact pixel-for-pixel copy of my train asset, just poorly recolored with a different stripe and flag.
I have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. Please remove or disable access to the infringing material as soon as possible.
