Takedown notice for 'Werewolf's Prison'

Dear Itch.io,
1. Attached first is the artist, Ezer "Sikyu" Soulimen's, signature authorizing me to act on his behalf.
2. The copyrighted work being infringed includes The Beta Wolf, The Fox, and The Dragon sprites from the .psd files, distributed for the MAY WOLF 2024 Jam using this link:

These sprites were licensed for those who followed the rules of the Jam, which Werewolf's Prison did not. Zach Viper, the creator of Werewolf's Prison, has not provided proof that his VN complies with Rule 9 of the Jam: "No AI generated or AI assisted assets."
Attached second is a screenshot showing the Google Drive folder containing the sprite .psd's distributed for the Jam. One-third of these are Sikyu's.
As the Head of the Jam, I communicated with Zach Viper about the AI asset allegations. He mentioned he could provide proof by a certain point in June, but there has been no contact since June 17, 2024.
3. The materials in Werewolf's Prison (https://zach-viper.itch.io/werewolfs-prison) infringing on Sikyu's copyright are:
- Mr. Beta is Sikyu's Beta Wolf
- Chef is Sikyu's Dragon
- Manager is Sikyu's Fox
I have attached screenshots from the game showing these characters’ first appearances, which should be removed. Sikyu wants them removed due to the AI generated or assisted assets.

5. I hereby state in good faith that materials made by Sikyu are being used in Werewolf's Prison without authorization by the copyright owner (Sikyu), his agent (Unagi), or the law (license conditions for the premade sprites from the MAY WOLF 2024 Jam).
6. I state that all the information in this notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
