We write on behalf of Paramount Global subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively “Paramount"), owners of certain exclusive intellectual property rights to the series “Twin Peaks” including, but not limited to, copyrighted characters and artwork (the “Property”). Under penalty of perjury, I am authorized to act on behalf of Paramount.
We are notifying you of infringement of Paramount’s rights at the following location(s):

We have a good faith belief that the information in this notice is accurate and that the above identified material is not authorized by Paramount, its agents or the law. Such copying and use of this material constitutes clear infringement of Paramount’s copyrights under the Copyright Act and its counterpart laws around the world.
Paramount hereby demands that you expeditiously remove or disable access to this material and delete from your servers all unauthorized copies of the Property.
