Among their rights, the Rights Holders retain exclusive rights to distribute and license Series-related merchandise and provide Series-related services in the U.S. As a result of the popularity of the Series, the Rights Holders have derived significant revenue by licensing broadcast and merchandising rights thereto. Under penalty of perjury, I certify that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am authorized to act on behalf of the Rights Holders.</p>
<p>We are notifying you of infringement of the Rights Holders’ rights in the Series at the following location(s):</p>

<p>We have a good faith belief that this material is not authorized by the Rights Holders, its/their agents or the law. Such copying and use of this material constitutes clear infringement of the Rights Holders’ copyrights under the Copyright Act and its counterpart laws around the world. </p>
<p>The Rights Holders hereby demands that you immediately remove or disable access to this material, and delete from your servers all unauthorized copies of the Series. Please also undertake the same steps for any other copies of the Series of which you are aware. The Rights Holders also demands that you count these infringements as strikes against the accounts of the user(s) responsible for uploading the infringing content and disable accounts in accordance with your repeat infringer policy.</p>
<p>Nothing in this letter shall be construed as a waiver or relinquishment of any right or remedy possessed by the Rights Holders, or any affiliated party, all of which are expressly reserved.</p>
