I am being harassed and discriminated against by my landlord, who has broken the lease on their end numerous times, left me with numerous unfixed housing, utility, and appliance issues for years, and is utterly hostile, negligent, discriminatory, unprofessional, and rude. Living in my apartment sucks, and has caused my QoL to plummet. I am now also concerned for my safety as my landlord, who has proven to be manipulative, vindictive, smug, creepy, aggressive and discriminatory has proven he is fine with theft, defamation, manipulation, lying, discrimination, harassment, bullshitting and both many more bad things and much worse things, both has access to my apartment, the ability and willing to with my life, and an apparent vendetta against me. I not only do not like, enjoy, or appreciate living in this shithole, but I am afraid it is no longer safe, healthy, or practical to do so. 

Now I was originally going to move to a home on some land my parents were acquiring. There I'd have privacy, freedom, safety, and be closer to my support network. I'd also have a home, my own house at that, some land, and a new job working for my father as well. Everything points at that offering me the stability to finally thrive. The timeline for that was end of this year at the earliest and end of 2028 at the latest. 

Well now we're trying to hasten that process, but more urgently get me out of my apartment. We're looking at either trying to get out of our lease renewal or if it comes to it breaking the lease. We'd then look at getting me and my girls out of this apartment and in to an extended living facility, short term apartment, or long term motel closer to my parents. My things would likely be divided up between going in the temporary housing situation with me, going into my parent's basement, and going to a rental storage unit if needed (which would be another expense). If this ordeal with the apartment complex doesn't go our way I'm likely to have to leave here by the end of the month. My current lease expires end of May though, so we're hoping we can keep me house til then and get out of these lease renewal. If we can the expenses would be moving, temporary housing, and temporary storage unit. If not the expenses would be the above + any fees for breaking the lease.

I don't know how much money I'll need for all this, and I luckily have the support of my parents and grandparents. But my grandparents are retired, my dad is a small business owner, my mom recently found out she won't have a job soon as her contract did not get renewed, my brother is going off to college this fall, and I am disabled and unemployed, so any and all financial assistance is greatly appreciated.
