PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING ARTICLE BEFORE REPORTING AN ISSUE:
Security Screen is a program that can make your PC safer from physical people, but it can also be really bad for you, cause you can forget your unlock code, or maybe there's a bug that makes your screen impossible to unlock.
If you experiment an issue, you should report it here, in the community feed of itch.io. But before doing that, is important to follow a correct format that will allow devs to find and fix your problem. So here's a brief description of how to report a bug correctly.
FORMAT:
Title: Issue: Brief description of the bug or a descriptive and short title, Platform, Version
Example: Issue: The screen doesn't unlock when introducing my code, Windows, 1.0.0
It is important to add the word "Issue:" before describing it, this will make your issue easy to find in the forum.
Body:
In the body add the following information
- Information you think is relevant to find the issue.
- Information of what did you do 1 - 5 minutes before the issue occurs.
- What occurs in the issue (Example: The app crashes) (Don't describe anything else. Only the most important event of that issue)
- Add some information about your PC. Like the RAM, OS, CPU, etc.
- Add app file info. Path, version, date of download, last modified date, etc.
- Add media that shows the bug.
- Answer the following questions
- Can you repeat the bug again?
- Is the App closed? If it did, how much time does it take before the first suspicious thing you saw?
- Was that version the latest version when the issue occurs? If it wasn't, which was the version? (Ex: No, 1.0.0)
- When does this occur (Date[MM/DD/YYYY] - Time - Timezone) (Ex: 09/19/2021 - 19:47:14 GMT -08)
