Hi, yes, downloading any executable file from the internet requires you to trust it. It might trigger antiviruses as well, since the code is not signed yet. But, obviously, the file is not harmful.

Hi,
I'd recommend you do the following:
1. Uninstall the game
2. Install it again
3. Before launching it go to antivirus settings and check if it is recognized as a virus
4. In this case, you pc can delete the game.exe file, so whitelist it
5. Also check if the game is saved in AppData or any other place that doesn't require admin permissions
