Hi, you can use this link: https://discord.com/invite/warofdots

The game will be free upon release. This version is basically early access.

Hey, fog of war can't be turned off. You can run replays through the account menu.

Hi. To run properly, the game has to be installed into a folder where it doesn't require admin access. Downloads or AppData should work. Please, email me directly if you keep getting the same issue. Sorry for a late reply.

Hi, so far most major AV companies have whitelisted War of Dots. The reason it is detected as malware in the first place is the compilation method I use, and the fact that the code is not signed.

Yes, there are plans for a mobile version to be developed in the future.

Yep. I am working on adding an AI to the game. It's suprisingly difficult to do, though.

Hi, yes, downloading any executable file from the internet requires you to trust it. It might trigger antiviruses as well, since the code is not signed yet. But, obviously, the file is not harmful.

So, atm, there is no ai in the game. It is just a way to learn basic troop control or test custom maps. I do plan to add it in the future, tho.

Hey, could you email me at pythonictea@gmail.com and describe the issue in detail, please?

Oh, yes, sure. You’ll need to contact itch.io for this, though, because they are the one doing refunds.

Hi, could you, please, email me at pythonictea@gmail.com, so we can sort out this issue?

Hi,
I'd recommend you do the following:

1. Uninstall the game
2. Install it again
3. Before launching it go to antivirus settings and check if it is recognized as a virus
4. In this case, you pc can delete the game.exe file, so whitelist it
5. Also check if the game is saved in AppData or any other place that doesn't require admin permissions

Hey, there isn't an ios build of the game yet.

Hi, this can be caused by either your connection or if your pc can’t support 30 fps on the game.

Hi, it should work now.

Hi, could you email me describing the issue, please?

pythonictea@gmail.com

Yes, I plan to compile it as a .app file, however, I can’t guarantee that this will happen very soon, sorry.

1. Install the game into  AppData folder rather than programm files.  (recommended)

2. Run the game as an admin.

Hi, I am currently working on this problem. It appears that it is caused by different screen ratios
