Thank you very much for your detailed comment ! It means a lot to me to see you understood and liked what I wanted the players to feel :)
And thank you for streaming the game. It is nice to see someone I don’t know play the game. The stick is definitely too hard to find, I will improve it.
About your questions during the stream : the hue variation option is for colorblind people. Only a few colorblind people see in black and white, most see some colors so by changing the colors I hope they can find colors they can see. And the ZQSD controls are for french keyboards, we don't have QWERTY keyboards^^

The ending is magic. I think it's probably more interesting than if it was "finished" in a normal way ^^. The narration at the beginning creates expectation for something original, then the gameplay changes completely and you almost believe that you are playing a mundane fun game, and then … thanks for this experience

I loved the story, this is such a good idea, it gives meaning and depth to the gameplay. And the art style goes well with the atmosphere. It is a bit discouraging when all the plastics appear after you finish cleaning the first area, but it goes well with the message because yeah cleaning the ocean is not something you can do in 2 minute ^^

Thank you very much for your comment :)
Yeah the stick is too difficult to find, I will definitely improve the level design of the area outside the race so that it is easier, and maybe put more sticks.
It was difficult to find the balance balance between the frustration needed for the message and not making it impossible to play, so I’m glad you found it entertaining.

It is impresive that you made such a wide world and a rich gameplay for a jam, there is even the big monster that oneshot you, but it is cute ^^ I had fun exploring and finding tons of plastic.
The only thing that I didn’t find well balanced is the fishing mechanic, sometimes a struggled for a long time to cach one, maybe making their hitboxes a little bigger would help.

This is very fun and makes me want to see more. It is simple in a good way, the art and the mechanics work very well. I was into it so I thought something would happen when we arrive at he end of the map, but then I remembered it was just a jam game XD

I really like the visual style, it's really polished for a jam game ! And I love the simplicity and elegance of your water shader.
The only problem I had was that I struggled to understand where were the safe zones, as an other comment said I think it would help to have a visual indication other than the text in the corner, because like this you feel totally powerless when the shark arrives and you don’t know where to go to be safe.

The art style is really great, it reminds me of Return of the Obra Dinn. I especially loved the bubble and the feeling of the dash. The hitboxes of the seaweeds are sometimes difficult to understand, but overall it was nice to play !

It takes time to get used to the controls but then it is fun and a good difficulty.
I avoided the shells that make you go faster though, I think it is intended as bonus, but for me it became uncontrollable at this speed ^^

The atmosphere is really poetic, I love the idea of bubbles in the ocean, and the art is great !
I had a small bug, after a few minutes of play I couldn’t sell anything, it was as if my inventory was empty but it was full, so I had to stop playing. But it was still a nice experience :)

Very original, I really like the absurdity of the concept, especially when the Gator says « pretty fun stuff » even when the game was to do nothing XD.

I love the idea and the message, fish revolution now !! And the pixel art is nice too, I love the striped fishes.

Oh thank you very much !
