Is the game still in development ?

I want to see customable key buttons in the game

Feedback:

- The game should allow to customize the Key Buttons

- game should include option to save game, option to load game and saveslots.

- Players should lose all exp. points when they die or exit the game

- I suggest that the Game will include a diverse themes for the floors/rooms of the cave include a some fake "surface" themes

- Players should start with a less (maybe a bit less) weaker weapons

- I suggest that the game will include poisoned items.  Player will need to find a way to remove the poison from these items before touching them

- The game should allow to customize the appearance of the player character (In the limits of a miner appearance)

I suggest that players will have the ability to custom the player character's appearance and to some extent the attributes' scores.  Allowing custom characters give an unique experience each playthrough

I suggest that the game levels will have many random objects, items, enemies (not necessarily procedural generation) for allowing replayability (Replay value).

Can the creator of the game make the protagonist wear underwear (for avoiding nudity

I would like to see 8 bit version.

The game should include more enemies in each planet.

I suggest that temporary powerups will appear in  the game.

The game lacks pause menu.

I suggest that the game will have random delivery quests.

I would like to see many procedural areas in  the game for game replaying

I suggest that each playthrough  will have a different obstacles, items, and enemy placement, number and types (not necessarily procedural generation) for allowing to replay the game

- Completing tasks in specific (limited) time amount

- Finding items in specific (limited) time amount

- Defeating bosses and some enemies in specific ways

Backgrounds are not necessary but combination of top down areas/levels with background looks nice and sometimes helps players to distinguish between daylight, evening and night

I would like see the option to change protagonist hair, skin and each cloth's color

Highscore definition:

score that is the highest or among the highest for a particular game, often recorded in a high-score table.

The usual goal of highscore is to challange players

- Key buttons should be customable

- The game should allow to customize player character's appearance and to some extent the attributes' scores

- The game should include highscore board

- the game should include 5-10 Saveslots and a default slot (for unsaved game)

- The game should include a larger number of weapons.

- I suggest that the game will have the following modes (all modes beside World Randomizer should be 25% procedural world) :

  • Standard (null-like mode)
  • Quest Randomizer
  • Item Randomizer
  • World Randomizer (fully procedural world)
  • Hardcore
  • Mode to allow players to combine two or more mode

- I suggest to add the option to add some diacritics to letters in protagonist's name:

e.g.

I suggest that the upper part of the screen except in buildings and some areas will have a background similar to the game Waybeyond that can be toggled off in the options

What is the difference between Difficulty (Story, Easy, Normal, Nightmare, Hell, Torment) and Rules (Standard, Hardcore) ?

- Key buttons should be customable

- The game should allow to customize player character's appearance and to some extent the attributes' scores

- Game should includes music in most areas (maybe except some resting places and pre-boss rooms) that can be toggled off in the configuration

- I suggest to add the option to add some diacritics to letters in protagonist's name:

e.g.

- game should allow the protagonist to select his/her alignment

- The game should include a larger number of weapons.

- in the character generation the game should allow returning to previous levels

- The worldmap should be procedural like the dungeons and overworld's size should be larger

- I suggest that the worldmap will have an areas, each with different theme

 e.g.

  • Grassland/Plains
  • Desert
  • Ice/snow
  • Forest
  • Beach/coastal
  • Mountain/Rocks
  • Sky/Clouds
  • Urban
  • Ruins/Underground

- both worldmap and dungeon should have a background  in the upper part of the screen similar to the game  Waybeyond that can be toggled off in the options

Some enemies are too fast.

The player should started with 130 HP in Normal Difficulty and 160 HP in Easy Difficulty.

Harder enemies should have a different color than normal enemies in the minimap.

The game should have more weapons.

The themes of the levels should be diverse.

I suggest that levels' layout should be procedural (randomize) for allowing players to play many times.

Also the level layout in the game is narrow.

Is this game still in development?

The should include:

  • Random tasks
  • Character customizing
  • Many (or the all) regions' layouts in the game are procedural
  • Highscore
  • 10 Saveslots and a default slot (for unsaved game)

These features are for making this game replayable

The Text and buttons' size should be bigger. Screenshot taken from a 15 inch laptop

Ideas:

- Key buttons should be customable

- The game should allow to customize player character's appearance and to some extent the attributes' scores

- The game should include highscore board

- Saving option should be include except when the protagonist dies, the save point in the game is delete (because the game is permadeath)

- the game should allowing these commands from pause menu in addition to using key buttons and clicking on icons:

  1. Opening Inventory View [i]
  2. Opening Perk Menu [p]
  3. Reading a book or scroll [r]
  4. Viewing your (very basic) character Stats [s]
  5. The abilities menu [a]
  6. Meditate menu [m]
  7. item dropping [d]
  8. item throwing [t]
  9. Equipment Wearing/Wielding [w]

-  I suggest that in the each options menu (like the pause menu and the main menu), pressing weapon attack button [f key is the default key] selects the marked option and pressing item grabbing button [g key is the default key] returns the player to previous menu/menu closing/game exiting (according to each options menu)

- I suggest to add the following magic types to the magic system:

  1. Earth
  2. Thunder
  3. Water (magic type that should replace cold type)
  4. Conjuration/Summoning
  5. Enchantment/Charm
  6. Abjuration

- Adding the following classes:

  1. Elementalist Sorcerer  (similar to the Sorcerer class from D&D)
  2. Scout (like the Rogue class from D&D)
  3. Bard (like the Bard class from D&D)
  4. Cleric (like the Cleric class from D&D)
  5. Artificer (like the Artificer class from Eberron campaign setting of D&D)

- The theme of each floor group should be randomized. I also suggest to increase the number of dungeon flour 2 times but the floor theme is changing after 5/6/7 floors.

- I recommend to allow players the option to change the game's resolution

Bug:

Sometimes when exit from the dungeon to the main menu, the dungeon music isn't end and this theme is playing in addition to menu theme.

The icons in the icons taskbar in the screen are too small.

The key buttons should be customable

The game should allowing to do the following actions from pause menu in addition or instead for having specific keys:

I - Inventory Menu (a opening menu action);
U - Skills Menu (a opening menu action);
Tab - switch first/third-person mode (a setting option)
M - minimap  (a setting option)

Because remembering many key buttons is a hard task

The minimap should be placed in the top right corner of the screen instead of the bug instead of the current location in the screen

I suggest that to add open world mechanic and random tasks to game for making this game build to be replayable

I suggest that the game levels have some random objects, items, enemies and tasks (not necessarily procedural generation) for making the game replayable.

I suggest to allow the player to customize the protagonist.

The player character moves too slow. The game creator should increase the protagonist's speed 2 times from the current speed.

I found when the player get to the top of the screen, it dies. I guess that this is a bug.

I suggest that the protagonist will start with 5 hearts. when the player gets hurt from an enemy, it loses one heart and it sprite flash instead of losing points and losing the option to move few seconds. Player also will have option to get another heart (Max number should be ten).

Also the player will meet a boss if it surviving 10 minutes after reaching 10,000 points.

I also suggest to add highscore leaderboard.
