sorry for late response but you can like in many rpgm games just scroll down for the lists of things you can do after the attack or escape option

you progress by defeating the harpy on the left side of the vamp castle after that fight the vamp in the castle then its should be good from there

I found a way around it just spam healing items to set your tp to 0 then just fight till shes dead

I just had this same soft lock thank you for working on it
