Select ck3.exe using the folder icon instead of entering it manually. Also check your version of ck3, version 1.5.0 is not supported yet.
1. You have low skills and no horse, because the army commander in CK3 has a low Prowess
2. The number of cavalry is calculated based on data from CK3, there is no other way.

Most likely the mod cannot find the MB2 configuration file, check the log.txt and put it where it tries to find it
Check the MB version, it should be 1.6.4
Ask on Discord, there were people there who ran the game from gamepass
Make sure you have the custom battle module in the Bannerlord native launcher and that the game version is 1.6.4
