White cameras/scenes:

This is a pretty normal issue, it's usually caused by a hardware/software issue.
Try:

1. Updating/downloading Visual C++
2. Updating your GPU's driver
3. Change the renderer in the settings to "low"
4. Play the low quality (LQ) version of the game

Game doesn't run:

This can be cased by a multitude of things, but there are a few solutions:

1. Extract the .exe file into its own folder
2. Updating/downloading Visual C++
   
3. Play the low quality (LQ) version of the game
