...while I got HOI4 out of my system. But I've started playing again, and I had a few questions, which I can't seem to figure out.

In EDEE, there was something which I called the "order stack" (don't know what the actual name of it was) where you could set up a city to build three armors, and then a transport, and repeat. I can't figure out where that is now.

Also, there was a way to select a path for newly created units to follow, so you could funnel all your bombers and fighters to the front lines. Can't figure out how to do that either.

I've looked through the help pages but I can't find it in there either.

Can anyone clue me in?

Hello,

What you call the order stack is no more.  It does not exist in that form in this version of the game.  The closest you can get is found at the bottom of each City's production page where you can produce a set number of an item and then produce next.  So, you can queue only two different units.

As to paths, that is in the game and great to use.  The menu option is called "Start Path Mode" and in the default menu setup it is on the right side of the screen.  It is a square button with what looks like a rainbow arrow on it.  Should be right below the menu buttons for Production Map and Production Screen.

If you have a different default set up on your machine the buttons might be in a different place, but hopefully the name helps you out.

Cheers :)

Wow, that's a shame that the order stack is gone, that was insanely helpful.   Removed about 90% of the micromanaging for cities. Oh well, life goes on.
