This is for any and all general feedback on the project, whether that is bugs you encountered, things you did or didn't like, or suggestions for the beta release. Thank you all for playing and supporting this project! 馃檹

Finally got to sit down and play some tonight.

PROS-

 Weapon mechanics.

Pistol sights are an excellent feature.

CONS-

Starting Area is confusing at first.

Objective(s) unclear.

Dungeon does not have a return home option. (unless I missed it)

ADS Picture was low and off center.

Flashlight and/or levels could be brighter.

Awesome feedback, thank you!

The starting area needs a lot of revision and refinement for sure. Can you clarify which aspects of the home/starting area you feel need revisions as far as them being unclear?

Good call out on the dungeon, I was curious if the return door there might too obscure. It is there, it's a door halfway down the hallway in the safe area, but it is unmarked. I'll add some text to make this exit more clear.

Starting Area was too dark, and the controls are not listed in the initial FOV, so it took me a minute to figure out how to navigate in the dark until I figured out the flashlight.

Ahh, that makes sense! I noticed on my Windows machine the environment was wayyy darker than the liquid retina 4k display of my Macbook. I increased the maximum gamma to compensate for this, but this comment makes it clear I need to increase the default Gamma as well. Call this the trials and tribulations of developing and testing on a Macbook for a primarily Windows audience lol.

So then after I revise the initial gamma/brightness of the environment to an appropriate level for Windows, do you think I should still move the controls board into the initial area, or perhaps move the spawn point into that room that has that board?

I would suggest just moving spawn to in front of the controls board.
