so when i have the choice to go up down left right i tried every option and I am still stuck pls help

All answer combinations fail, even the correct one. for some odd reason it is like the lockpick is failing to register the correct choice.
I choosed right but it didn't work
it appears to be bugged, even the correct answer does not work, unfortunately.
i am having the same issue, tryna figure it out but it just wont work on any of them
